The interviewer was very welcoming and respectful. He offered a lot of genuine career advice and didn't rush the process. Following the interview, he responded by email in a timely manner.
The process was all done online due to covid. A recruiter would email you and ask simple questions such as salary, relocation, etc. Once they reviewed these answers, they select the candidates they wish to interview through a zoom call
