Discussion of my goals, history, review of my resume. Was fairly straight-forward. There was a short description of the expectations of the role and how to succeed at AECOM for the Fallon NAS contract.

Interview
Very laid back and friendly interviewers. Gave me a history of the company and specific project I was applying for. Most of the interview felt like a conversation. The interviewers would ask about details about my answers, but nothing technical. The overall process was roughly an hour.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview; an in person interview, a background check, a drug test, this was over a 2 months period. Orientation was conducted at AECOM Offices, and then reporting to Gov. Client site, to begin work.
