Applied online and had a casual phone interview/chat with an employee about my courses and experience, 10 minutes tops, quickly received an email for an assessment day. Upon arrival, lunch was provided where general chat with a HR member present, this was then followed by a presentation about the company by a employee with a few questions being asked by the candidates.
