Interview
Interview was one hour long with the hiring manager, who is also an engineer. Informal, getting to know each other session with some questions about experience with softwares and tools.

Question 1
Could you tell me a little bit about your experience with [software]?
First you had to answer online questions that determined your character strengths. There were also simple math problems to solve. After that you have to do one-way video interviews. You have one minute to prepare for each question.
The online application was pretty standard. I got up to a one-way video interview, which had three recorded questions (1 min prep time and 1.5 min response time) and one 1000-character written response.

Asked one unique question: how can you tell if the light is on or off in a fridge if the door is closed? Other that, fairly standard questions about expectations and understanding of the role, and how family and friends would describe me.

Interview
Very nice. Just like a basic interview: couple of ice breaker questions, couple of technical questions (no math) and a couple of situational questions. Spent more time talking up a storm with the interviewer.
