submit an application online, along with cv, transcript and cover letter. Then complete online skills-based assessment, basic calculation questions and some about your personality/HR type. Didn't get offer for interview
The interview was conducted in Chinese and was very quick. Half of the time was spent on questions about my portfolio. The process was easier than I thought. They asked about 5 questions.

Really lovely experience, very chill and not stressful at all. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions. Was shown around the office and got to look at work they were doing.

The interview process was pretty relaxed, I hopped on a zoom call with the hiring manager and the project manager and had a 30 min call with them where we got to know each other
