Pretty easy, everyone is super nice. The process is smooth and everyone is responsive. I did an initial HR call and then an in person interview, The office is nice.

Give an overview of your work history. What skills did you learn from it and how are you using it.
Difficult but it also felt like a chat. 2 Interviewers who asked mainly why you are fit for this role, why AECOM, how your experience aligns, AECOM's core values and projects that have inspired you. Also do prepare for a short technical test.

Interview
Simple and about 30 minutes long. Most of the time was spent discussing about the company. The rest of the time was spent on questions about me. IT was simple and straightforward.
