I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Oak Creek, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
We all did a group interview went for a tour of the warehouse they show you that your going to be using forklift to load pallets it's an individual job you will have your on forklift and a head set directing you on where to go to stock your pallet. You will be working in the dry area where its room temperature or the cooler that's 55 degrees or another area that's 34 degrees and the freezer that's below zero. i couple people letfted after the tour. than they take everyone to do separate interview.
Took me almost 3 hours, it could have been done way better and quicker. They filter all applicants on the spot instead of just invite those who qualified.
about 3-5 mins of interview, 1+ hours of waiting.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI in Jan 2026
Interview
I applied on their website and was contacted to move forward with an interview, which ended up being a hiring event. The person who interviewed me seemed impressed by my experience and said they would be in touch. I then was asked to come in for another interview which was with a smaller group, where they showed us the warehouse and asked us to do a few physical tasks. Even though I have years of warehouse experience, I did not receive an offer.
Fast. Liked the original group interview method which helped get through the process quickly. Praying I get the job! This would be a really great opportunity! Global retailer with great core values and a place in the community
