Interview
Very easy and made you feel comfortable was like a normal chat and just told them about what I have done in my previous jobs and what I can bring to aldi from my experience.
Very easy interview process. I had a group interview and tour of the building. Then we did a one on one interview that lasted only a couple minutes to go over availability.
Questions were very peculiar,
“what is your interpretation of ALDI?”
“when you think if ALDI, what product comes to mind?”
“What is ALDI’s place in world”
Guy was nice but the questions were very unique.
