Very quick, had 1x interview and confirmed job offer within 2 days. Also easy to submit the job application online, but also the option to do this in store as it was new.

Group interview, very competitive, lots of people with high levels of experience in other supermarket chains. I had worked in a small fruit and veg store before and felt under qualified compared to others who had held managing positions at Cole’s or Woolworths and it was only a checkout role.
