A video interview with five prewritten questions. You have 3 minutes to talk and 1 minute to prepare your notes. You should look always look at the camera and not your screen. Stay calm and relaxed.

1) Why are you interested for the District Manager position? 2) Explain a experience in your professional/academic career that demonstrate leadership 3) How would your degree help you in this position?

Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.

Interview
There was a phone interview, two in-person interviews on campus, and a full-day interview at their office. Everyone was very kind and professional. They really care about finding the perfect fit for their branch!!
