Was very quick, I was given around thirty to sixty seconds to prepare and only 30 to 60 seconds to answer with no retake and wasn't expecting some questions, asked about myself, Aldi, setbacks, team working
There were 5 rounds, it was a very long process. However, the interviews were extremely difficult. If you are able to articulate well and convey what kind of character you have you’ll be fine.
One way, quick fire, only allowed one attempt to answer each question, there was about five, some gave very little time to prepare for example only 30 seconds to talk about your own skills
