I was asked about my experience and provided info on what working for AT&T involved. I was given information on the training process and what it would entail. Then, I was set up to begin training within a matter of days. It all went smoothly.

Interview
The store managers do not set up the interviews, they get set up at the corporate level and the info gets sent to the store managers. You interview at the store and then you will receive a call from a recruiter if you got the job.

They asked me to pick a subject I know a lot about and told me to describe step by step how to do a task related to that subject.
easy and straightforward interview, just a standard dialogue to get to know if you're a culture fit. I don't think there was anything tricky about the interview. mostly a conversational dialogue.
Great interview process. Nothing felt forced within the interview. Open dialogue for perspective upon getting hired. Great recommendations as to different departments thats are within the company as well. Just be you and bring a smile!
