Interview
I had one phone interview that lasted between 30-60 minutes. I was asked basic behavioral questions and questions about my resume to assess how quickly I could pick up on new technologies. I was interviewing for an introductory level position and was not expected to have knowledge of the industry.

Interview
The interview process for this job posting was extremely fast and efficient. I applied and interviewed within 2 weeks. I also was reached out to for a second interview within a week of completing part 1.
Group team interview. Everyone was polite and shared experiences about their time with the company. They explained the role, what experience was needed and the expectation the engineers mindset should be in.

The phone interview was long. Around 60 minutes. During the onsite interview I was interviewed by 4 staff, for 45 minutes each. They only asked technical questions. They did not ask much about my previous jobs.
