I apply online. After 2 weeks I receive email from collage recruiter for Skype interview. That was basic introduction. Go over resume and few behavioral questions. After successfully completing that I receive another email within week with online personal assessment test. Where there are multiple choice question. After completing that I had invited for video recording interview which is one way interview. There are pre recorded questions and you need to record your answer. you could have multiple attempt to record your answer. That are behavioral questions. At last I have telephonic interview with program manager and team director which was more likely technical side.
