2 interviews. Questions that are more to see what type of personality you have. Just say you love sales and can sell anything and you're hired. They like people who seem like go-getters and just tell them you don't take no for an answer.

It was simple, basic 7-9 interview questions about what would you do in certain situations. (STAR format) that relates to the job. Also at the beginning there was a "get to know you" phase just seeing how you are outside of work.
