Interview
Met with the store manager and area manager, was very casual and off site of where the job was to be held. They reviewed previous sales performance and discussed my vision for the store.
The interview consisted of two rounds, including a group session, with store/area managers. It was relaxed and focused on personality. Overall, it was enjoyable, providing a comfortable atmosphere for interaction and assessment.
