The interview process was fairly easy; there is a small assessment you have to complete as a part of your application, and about a week after submitting that, I received an invitation for a virtual interview. This interview is just a screening for them to send to a hiring manager, so it's fairly easy. It's mostly just to see how well you work with others. A couple days later, I had an interview set up with a hiring manager. My interviewer was very condescending about the fact that my only experience was in clothing retail, despite the fact that I had been very transparent about the fact that I have no experience in telecommunications. The majority of the interview, she spoke to me like I was a child. Not to mention, the original job posting was incredibly misleading. When I applied, I was told that it was a full time position at a store near me that paid $12/hr and with commission. However, at my interview, I was told the pay would only be $10/hr, part time, at a location nearly half an hour away from me. Despite everything, I was offered a job, which I turned down.
