Interview
First round phone interview, second round recorded video, final round is in Dallas and is comprised of a 15 minute presentation and two casual conversations with current employees in the program.

Question 1
All behavioral is straightforward but will ask you questions regarding telecommunications. How to determine success in a given market, discuss net neutrality, etc.
Due to the pandemic, the first interview was virtual with one recruiter. There were behavioral questions as well as "What would you do.." questions asked. The interview lasted an hour long and you find out within a week if you have made it into the next right. There is a total of three rounds of interviews.

Couple of interviews, most of them behavioral. Very focused on identifying culture fit, as well as ability to take initiative within a large company. Screener interview with a recruiter followed by a longer one with the program director

Q. How would you handle working with a unionized workforce?
I was contacted twice by a recruiter for my availability for a phone interview for the AT&T Leadership Development Program. I responded to the recruiter twice giving my availability. I never received any contact from the recruiter again. Very unprofessional.
