Interview
A recruiter contacted me for an initial interview, and within a day, the hiring manager scheduled a formal interview. A few days later, I received an email informing me that they had chosen another candidate.

Tell me a time when you went above and beyond for a client.
I applied and was contacted in 2 weeks, The first interview with recruiter asking mostly behavioral questions, then scheduled me to interview with the hiring manager and a panel immediately. I thought I was on a roll. Panel interview online, hiring manager joined a little late, barely asked me many questions besides why you want to work here. I asked questions regarding the position, the next steps, and what it took to be successful. The hiring manager sounded grumpy and didn't seem like she wanted to interview me. Also interview was short like 15 minutes. The role has been unfilled and reposted for 2 months. I feel like I was interviewed to keep their funnel filled or already had someone else in mind.
