      Interview

The interview process for the Software Engineer role at AT&T started with a resume screening, followed by an online assessment covering coding and aptitude. I then had 1-2 technical interviews focusing on DSA, system design, and APIs. After that, I completed a behavioral HR round and a final interview with the hiring manager. Once selected, I received an offer, underwent background verification, and proceeded with onboarding.

      Interview

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me one question that really stood out — and not in a good way. They asked something extremely vague and unrelated to the position, like “So… what exactly do you want from us?”
