Applied online, did a phone interview, in person interview, and site visit. Then an offer sheet was rendered and you decide whether or not to accept. I was on contact with the recruiter/ interviewer throughout the entire process.

Fine ......was very professional interview but company did not live up to philosophy instructed at orientation process. They allow harassment and assault which happened within 30 days of my employment
