The interview process was lengthy, lasting a couple weeks. It required a hirevue, two initial interviews, an online two-day, super day, followed by an office visit. At the home visit there was a tour of Columbus, the headquarters, and then this was followed by a group case project. Overall, the HR team is very responsive and organized, and I had a positive experience.
