Group interview, around 5-8 people, very competitive with answers. Look your best, wear only Hollister or Abercrombie, tight dark jeans, leather sandals etc. Natural hair, natural hair color, very little makeup, no painted nails, no jewelry. Most common, describe hollister/abercrombie styles, why do you want to work here, words that describe you, how do others describe you, other things that you participate in like extracurriculars, and the most important what is diversity and what does it mean to you and the workplace. Then after going around to everyone, the manager will go over the look policy, scheduling, etc. Honestly, don't apply if you don't look natural, and a hollister/abercrombie model. In my interview, the manager actually pointed a girl out saying that her hair was not natural and she wouldn't get the job. Also, be friendly, loud and polite and if you were recruited you probably got the job because abercrombie is very looks-based.
