I was stopped by a recruiter at the mall, not even near the A&F store. She was just walking around and stopped me, introduced herself in a friendly and flattering manner, and then insisted on setting up an interview. We had an initial Skype interview, and then she set me up with a 1:1 at the A&F in NYC (where I told her my preference was). When I got to the flagship store, I told the receptionist who I was there for, but she gave me an extremely confused look, and told me my interviewer wasn't even in for the day. That gave off an extremely bad impression to me. After waiting around for a bit, I was brought in by another employee, who first gave me the "elevator look", then began going through a packet of standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, leadership experience, etc etc). At the end, he went over salary, scheduling, expectations of image maintenance, mandatory outfits to be worn at work, etc. Then he gave me a tour of the entire store.
