It was a Group interview with three other candidates. It was on a couch in the middle of the store, and took about 15 minutes. I thought I gave the best answers of the group, but wasn't hired. I possibly didn't have that "Abercrombie" look.

Easy straightforward group interview process. Asked basic experience and styling questions. A couple of how would you style someone questions and current fashion trends at the moment. Not very stressful and a great experience.

It was long process and with 6-8 detailed questions in a video interview that is recorded. You only have 20 seconds to plan our answer before recording an answer of 2 minutes length at the most.
First round is via recordings. However, the company has not gotten back to me since and I am unsure if they even received my interview recordings or not. The process though was very easy and the questions weren’t too hard to answer.
