I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AccentCare in Mar 2016
Interview
I was contacted by such a nice and professional person that really represented the company well. She told me all about the position and all about the company. Once I left her and went to the Recruiter and the Director, it went down hill from there. I have never seen such mishandling of time and information in my career. It took many days for them to contact me from the time I spoke to the first person.
The company reviews the resumes and applications of potential candidates and selects those who meet the requirements.
First interview: The company conducts a preliminary interview with the selected candidates, either by phone, email, or video call, to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Detailed, but fair and informative . Several rounds of interviews may be required depending upon position sought. Scheduling speed not always quick moving depending upon interviewer availability. Recruiting team was easy to work with, and responsive.
