Interview
First of all there was a aptitude test round in which questions were based on quantitative ability , logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The questions were very easy. Nothing out of the box was asked in this round. Next round was of Interview round. This round was 90% HR round and 10% technical round. All they check is your confidence. It was a campus placement round. And in our campus interview of 5 candidates was taken at a time.
Out of the 750 students shortlisted for interview round, 490 were finally selected.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
