Interview
First, pass your Resume and fill up an online form with your personal info then you'll be ask to answer an online assessment exam(Fault Finding, Logic Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning) , next is you'll be taking an Automated Language Assessment thru phone. If you passed all of those you'll be called by the Recruitment Personnel and proceed to the Interview.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
