I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview process is standard and has three rounds the first round is a knowledge test wherein here is an online test of 55 questions to answer in an hour.
The second round is technical interview were the last round is HR interview.
The interview experience was really soothing there was no pressure just that the process took the whole day since it was a campus recruitment.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
