Das Vorstellungsgespräch lief zuerst per Telefon mit HR. Nach bestandenen telefont bekommt man eine Einladung zum Assessment center nach kronberg. Das AS geht den ganzen tag mit mehreren verschiedenen phasen mit interviews und tests. Inklusive einem gemeinsamen Mittagessen, wo HR auch die Bewerber analysiert.

Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.

Normal with questions majorly from your core graduation subjects, and general knowledge about the current affairs and geopolitical situation going around in the world and it's implications on trade and business related activities .
