It was nice, the cases were molded to suit the background of the candidate. But the fit round was tricky, as they did the entire deliberately-rude technique to test your boundaries and if you can hold your ground.

The interview process usually starts with an application and resume screening. If the profile matches the job requirements, the candidate is invited for an interview. The interview may include questions about education, skills, experience, strengths, and career goals.
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
