Interview
First they email me to go Mandaluyong to take exam. It's very hard because its already got technical questions and Routing exam, that is new to me. They didn't interview us its just directly exam. I actually passed the exam May 19 this month, they congratulate me and said you've passed the exam and just wait for the Hr interview call. But until now there is still no call. Will I follow up and contact them or ill just wait for more days?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
