HR Interview Round then Assessment Round If the candidate meets the initial screening criteria, they may be invited to participate in one or more interviews. These interviews may be conducted by phone, video conference, or in person, and may involve a variety of questions and activities designed to assess the candidate's skills, experience, and fit for the position. Did not get selected for an interview yet due to the eligibility criteria not matched.
The interview process usually starts with an application and resume screening. If the profile matches the job requirements, the candidate is invited for an interview. The interview may include questions about education, skills, experience, strengths, and career goals.
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
