I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Feb 2023
Interview
it was overall good experience with accenture interview it was easy and mainly hr question were asked to me no technical question were asked , firstly there was online assessment then communication round then interview.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
