1. Online assessment- very basic Reasoning questions only and very little time. But almost all questions can be cleared easily even with 1 week practice.
2. Communication round- This is a non elimination round and this was further divided into 3, story retelling, sentence retelling and basically they wanted to check our pronunciation and communication.
3. Interview - this was the most calm and good interview I ever attended. All the questions were very easy.

Basic HR questions like strengths, weakness, self intro and a lot about project and that was it. It was just 10 minutes.
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
