I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
3 step process
Step 1: For me it was very short and the interviewer actually talked for more than I did. They asked me some basic questions about myself but nothing crazy.
Step 2: For me it was a phone interview, at first it started with the obvious, tell me about yourself. Then he also asked about a major challenge I've overcome, a problem I've had to troubleshoot, an unpopular decision I made and how I handled it, and about conflict within a team.
Planned and Prepped well ahead of time and used the STAR method to respond.
Step 3: Final round, tbd

Interview
I applied through my campus recruiting website. There are three interviews and I only had the first one. The first interview is very conversational. It is a chance for you to get to the company and the recruiter to determine if you are the right fit for the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Jun 2010
Interview
Applied through company's Taleo job board
1st interview call was 1 month after application submission and was done by HR. It consisted of general questions (experience and qualifications, intended group).
2nd interview 2 weeks after 1st interview. Interview was with a Manager. It consisted of behavioural interview questions.
3rd and final interview 3 weeks after 2nd interview. Interview was with a Senior Executive. It consisted of general questions and talking about the company.
