Accenture Analyst - Systems Integration & Technology interview questions

3 step process Step 1: For me it was very short and the interviewer actually talked for more than I did. They asked me some basic questions about myself but nothing crazy. Step 2: For me it was a phone interview, at first it started with the obvious, tell me about yourself. Then he also asked about a major challenge I've overcome, a problem I've had to troubleshoot, an unpopular decision I made and how I handled it, and about conflict within a team.
