Accenture Test Manager interview questions

The process of interview was probably fair screening by HR team before interview with Manager which was followed by interview with Senior Manager. However I did face an issue with my final interview. What HR told the interview format would be and what happened were two different things and I faltered very badly. Unsurprisingly I didn't get it but i wish I was told what exactly that nature of interview would have been so that I could have prepared.

Usually only one interview with the Test Lead is required. The process is straightforward and laid back, but there will be an evaluation of your technical skills and your personality since you work very closely with upper management and a diverse team.
