I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Add People (Altrincham, England) in May 2022
Interview
First interview was over Google Meets, the follow up interview was at the office itself about a week later. I felt comfortable and at ease during the interview due to Laura and Cameron being friendly and responsive.
It was a two stage interview process, bothy interviews having two interviewers, with general HR questions in the first online interview and then more role specific questions in the second in-person interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Add People (Altrincham, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
Add People’s interview process was structured across three clear stages: an initial phone call with Sarah, followed by a Teams interview with a Talent Acquisition representative and a team member, and finally, an in-person interview with the Head of Department and senior management. The feedback throughout was impressively prompt—where you might typically wait days or even weeks to hear back, Sarah consistently got back to me within hours of each stage, which made the experience feel incredibly efficient and respectful of my time.
Each interview felt purposeful and well thought out. While a good amount of preparation was required, it was refreshing to see that the research I was asked to conduct genuinely contributed to the discussions—something that’s not always the case in many interview processes. Everyone I met was warm, professional, and welcoming, and the entire process was completed within just two weeks.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Add People in Feb 2025
Interview
An internal recruiter contacted me and had a brief chat which I was then offered an interview from. I did 2 interviews- one online and one in person. These were completed by two different sets of people and the turnaround time for finding out whether I had got the role was very quick.
