I received a call today from an Addison Recruiter regarding a role at a client. She told me I was not qualified for the role but I do not think she understood the clients needs or what I was explaining to her. She was rough not friendly or polished. I decided not pursue but did get a chance to see her profile on Linkedin. She was very junior and really did not have enough experience to prescreen me. I asked her to email me her contact information but she never did which did not surprise me.
