They are a recruiting agency so they just want to know what you want and how to fill a role using your particular set of skills. They have plenty of offices all over the country so if your not picky they can really help you.

Interview
Interview was good. Enjoyed the process. Nice Chicago office with open space to meet. The schedulding process was very easy. I enjoyed speaking to all of the managers that were in the department I was interviewing for. This was a good chance to ask them all my questions
