One of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn. She came off friendly and asked a few questions, which I answered. Her initial message said she looked forward to moving on to the next process but she never responded to my message. These are the kind of experiences that make candidates despise job searching. It does not take a lot to respond to let the candidate know that they do not fit the requirement.
