Contacted by Adecco recruiter - brief phone conversation to gauge interest. Quick interview setup within a couple days to go in person. There were two interviewers who didn't seem very professional - one of them didn't look at me during the interview and the other kept glancing at his phone and texting while I was giving him my answers. Not impressed.

If you have a coffee shop, how would you set it up? Amount of equipment, size of shop, etc (basically very open ended question no details to see how you would logistically set up operations)
