I got a call from a recruiter at Adecco for the position to set up a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of basic questions about my resume and basic skill questions. After the phone interview, I received another call inviting me to an on-site interview. This second interview consisted of two parts. The first part was a sit down with several of the team leads where the team asked several general skill questions. None of the questions were specific, and seemed to be a combination of how I approached the questions and my general knowledge of hardware and software.
