I applied online. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (Clarksville, TN) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call shortly afterward. They asked me a few questions and then told me about the rest of the onboarding process. I don't remember all the details, but I had to take a drug test and sign some papers and send them back. I had some issues getting my drug test done in time due to the testing location being disorganized, but Advantage Solutions was happy to extend my deadline when I explained the situation. At some point in the process I had to go to my job location for an "interview" with my future supervisor, but it was less of an interview and more of an orientation. This might be different based on the supervisor though! Mine is really casual.

Interview
Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.
