Waren 2 Runden. Vorstellung von sich und seinen Fähigkeiten (PowerPoint 30 min), fachliche Fragen, wie man in bestimmten Szenarien reagieren würde usw. War relativ angenehm, man musste keine Angst haben und es war nicht schlimm wenn man was nicht direkt wusste und der Standort ist sehr schön.

Recruiter reached out and arranged a F2F interview within a week. 2 interviewers attended the interview. One was professional and pleasant, however, the other interviewer seemed she was having a bad day. She didn’t greet me or introduce herself and frequently frowned or reacted skeptically to my responses throughout the conversation. When I asked whether the role was a replacement or expansion position, as I had noticed the same job posting appearing every few months, her response was, “why does it matter?” The overall experience felt unprofessional, and I informed the recruiter immediately after the interview that I wished to withdraw my application. It has been a few months since then, and I have noticed the role is being advertised again. That only reinforces my belief that withdrawing my application was the right decision.
