We had two interviews, one with the hiring director and one with the manager in the team. We were instructed to do Roleplay using English and Japanese to see if we could conduct the day to day job in a sufficient manner
The interview process went pretty well, although some questions seemed pretty tough for a fresh graduate position. It took 1 month from scheduling to actual interview date without any further explanation on the delay.

It was a good process and aligned with the role only and the interviewer was also chill and took the interview professionally. Overall it was a greate experience out there.
