This for for a position at Luxury Retreats which Airbnb acquired in Montreal. I applied online and received an email from the recruiter for a chat. The recruiter seemed nice and I was asked to do a SQL take home test after that. I completed the test and send it back but didn't hear back from the recruiter for weeks. Sent two follow up emails but still nothing.
It would be better if they atleast acknowledged that candidates put in so much time and effort in interviewing for the company. They ghost you rather than send you a sorry/reject email after an interview.

How do you apply diversity in your day to day work interactions
The interview process is nice. Friendly people and a clear process make it pleasant. You also learn about the company and its future plans for the market. The job description is also clear.

There was 5 rounds of interviewing maybe more only made it to round 3 and then wanted more experience within the role in order to move forward in the interview process
