I was hired as part of a team of consultants involved in launching a pilot program for the operations team. The team was pre-selected by the team leader and vetted via one on one interview with a senior manager. The interview was more informational than rigorous focused mostly on personal background and approach to solving the challenge at hand.

Long procedure, very well planned and prepared, core value interviews, they really try to find out who you are and if you fit. If you like traveling yourself, that helps.

It took a while but everyone was very positive, it seemed like they knew they wanted me. The interview wasn't formal but they brought a bunch of us to the office.
