Step one: complete a set of translation test within a given time frame.
Step two: wait for the result for 3 weeks
Step three (if pass test): phone interview with HR
Step four (if shortlisted): second interview with reporting officer and more
If rejected: complete an online survey and rate the quality of service by the HR you have interacted with.
The HR person whom I had interacted with was impressively professional.

After applying on its official website more than 1 month, got an 3-hours translation exercise, which is not very difficult if you have experience of copywriting or translation in marketing communication field, but very time-consuming. Two weeks later, the HR sent me an email to book an phone interview. It's very pity that I didn't do well in that interview. They rejected me two days later.

Got an email with an exercise to be finished in 3 days. says will come back to me in a few days once finished. never heard back thereafter. It would be great if they may send me a few lines saying if i passed or not, consider the time and effort i have devoted into the test.
