It was a long wait time to hear back from them and they're vey biased. They like students that have already done a pervious wok experience with them. Once I got invited to the assessment centre, it consisted of two parts, group work and the normal technical interview stage. They make you do a research and presentation task with other candidates to see how you play with others. Then the technical interview is there to see you skills and then they call you back saying you got the offer or not.

I was invited to an assessments centre in stevenage and we had some group activities with other around 10 people, followed by individual interviews. Travel and accomodation was reimbursed and it was overall a positive experience
